The home on Whistler Court sits in The Reserve on a quiet cul de sac. Built by David Williams of Makena Custom Homes, this 4,300-square-foot, one story beauty has 4 bedrooms and 4 ½ bathrooms. Sharon and Ti fell in love with the home and our fabulous
Weston Lakes community when they toured it earlier this summer.
The Coles were looking for a place with a little more breathing
room. Now they spend the evenings watching the deer frolic in their yard. In the mornings they hit the gym for a quick workout before heading to the office that is only minutes away from home!
Tim and Sharon own the Allstate office located at S. Fry Road and FM 1463. They have been in the insurance business for seven
years - two and a half of those years here in Fulshear. It is a national name company with a small town feel - no calling an 800
number and holding for hours. With the five licensed agents on site, you can walk right in and get frst class service immediately.
The home is not only beautifully designed but very functional. The Great Room is a combination kitchen, living and dining room where the whole family can commune together. In true Makena luxury, the house features travertine tile, 12-foot ceilings, crown molding and numerous large windows. Tim says he did expect his electrical bills to increase. Instead, his last bill was $90. Kudos to the builder for using energy efficient windows and tinting.
They can't wait to enjoy the built-in fireplace on the patio in the cooler months. It's such a great space to sit and enjoy nature while sipping on a glass of wine.
Even with the many features this new home has to offer, it was the Master Bath and Closet that sold the home. The dramatic effect of the barn doors that lead into the Master Bathroom was stunning. The deep, garden tub for soaking your cares away while you gaze up at the elegant chandelier. The walk-in rain shower was simply inviting. The overall finishes to this home are fabulous and functional. Tim enjoys the fact that he can go from the shower to the closet and out - fuly dressed and ready to conquer the day.
The home on Whistler Ct. has quickly become Tim and Sharon's little slice of heaven! So drop on by and meet our new neighbors. Have
a sip of wine, learn all about them and their three daughters (one is
at A&M studying to become a Vet, another lives in San Antonio with
their son-in-law and grandson, and their third daughter is a freshman on the volleyball team at Fulshear High) and if you ask nicely, I am sure they will be glad to give you a tour of this stunning home!
